I bought a vehicle here a year ago and it's been a great vehicle but it was at the hundred thousand mile mark, I asked if they had done a tune up on it and they promised they did all the bells and whistles for it so I bought it I've come to find out the didn't do anything they promised at the time of sell, which isn't uncommon at a used car dealership but it is unfortunate for me. I liked them but I was definitely lied to for the sale.

Yes this is a real review. And yes it is a BAD review. Maybe zip tying the broken emergency brake cable to the frame will ring a bell? Leaving a bolt loose when doing an alignment is kind of dangerous don't you think? Or how about selling a vehicle with a bad rear differential? But like your service department stated. They fix only what they are told to before its put on the lot for sale. You sold a vehicle that was dangerous to drive. And I was an idiot for not having a mechanic check it. I thought a vehicle safety inspection your company did was done honestly. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW BUT IT IS AN HONEST ONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

If your looking for a great car you should stop by. They have a variety to choose from. Patrick is your man!! He did a awesome job getting me what I wanted out of the deal. He stayed 2 hrs after closing to help me out. Be sure to ask for Patrick.

I honestly had the worst experience trying to buy a car here, very rude and pushy. REAL REVIEW.... I'm sure they call every review fake thinking people won't edit their reviews of this place after seeing what they wrote back. SAD

Sold a lady a car with a carfax that said milage tampering. Did not tell the customer. Will not do the right thing and help the customer. Don't trust Brock.
